David said, "I will bless the Lord at ALL times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth." What an awesome testimony of God's amazing power.

We are the Worthens (formerly of San Fernando, CA), friends of Tim and Saprina. We served under Pastor Mike Flowers for 17 years and were made aware of this situation on Tuesday while talking to Sis. Nancy Flowers.

Please know that Bethani and all of the familes involved are in our prayers and now the prayers of saints in the Tampa area.

God bless and keep you.

We are so grateful for what the Lord has done and is still doing. Sunday night, when our church got word that a liver had been found, there were shouts and tears across the building. It was our celebration too. And just think Bethani, most of them don't know you (yet). But you are family. The church fell in love with your husband a few weeks ago and we are looking forward to when you are able to come up for a visit.
Please know that just because the worst is over doesn't mean that we have ceased praying. You are still on our prayer list and we pray for you every service. I have been praying for you so many times, every single day and night. The tough days may not be over yet but neither is your support. We love you.
God bless you and all your family.

We are still in prayer for you every day. I start looking on this site as soon as I wake up and I recheck it several times throughout the day and night. I want to see the progress you are making, to share in this miracle, and to give God the Praise!
Life is so fragile and we don't always understand. But be joyful to know you are not alone. God is your strength - lean on Him.
Cast your cares upon Him, for He careth for you. He will carry you through this time of physical and mental healing and restore you to complete health.
"His Praise will continualy be in my mouth" "I will sing of his praise forever"
Your lives have touched so many people through the years, and now has touched so many more. I can only imagine the firestorm of revival that is before us.
We love you all so much.

I used to work in a hospital and I know that a case like Bethani's; where she got a compatible liver so quickly, is not only a miracle, but it is an INCREDIBLE, inexplicable, amazing miracle. Well, it can be explained only if you know God. He is so awesome! Many of us here in Hawaii are praying for Bethani, Brian, and Wyatt. Every day you are in our minds & prayers. Continue resting in His peace. Love & Aloha!

Bethani,

So glad to hear more good news! God is doing miracles here in Texas too! Today one of my 2nd graders was hit by the car he was unloading from and his leg and ankle were run over as he was drug for a ways before the car came to a stop...very tramatic morning on my school's campus! I sent out an email for prayer right away! God is so good (again!) as I am so thankful and happy to report that the studnet is ok! Not even a fracture! Thank God for his love, mercy, and healing power! You hang in there and keep up with the miracles! When you get out of there, drop me a line and we'll stay in touch.

Much love to you sweetie,
Heather (Johnson) Potter

Allright. Your people just called my people. Let’s do lunch.

I'm at men's conference in Tulare now. If I walk past the registration table without paying, am I guilty of stealing church?

Tell Bro. Bishop I’m paying up before he panics. And—I’m praying for you all.

Oh, and just a note. Make sure your eyes are open when you wash your hair, or at any rate make sure that a similarly-packaged apricot skin scrub isn't within reach if you do decide to go "Hellen Keller".

I'll recover. But I was in a convertible today, and the people behind me thought it was a hay ride.

Bethani is in our prayers. Though I do not know who we are talking about, Jesus does and he hears our prayers. We pray that Jesus will help each of you through this journey, that you are on. That you will have the courage and strength, that of Jesus, to finish the journey within the will of God. There may be times when the pain is great, the journey is long, and your spirit is weak. We pray for complete healing. In the body, spirit, mind, and soul. In Jesus Precious Name...Amen Thank You Jesus! The Ostmeyer, Gibson, & Cook Families (Cushing,Oklahoma)

Hello to everyone:

Throughout the day as I think of her I pray for Bethani, and of course we have taken her name to the people in our church. Thank God for what He has already brought her through. I know He will continue to give her stamina, courage and healing.

Brother and Sister Bishop, my friends of many years, please know how much Jerry and I love you and how we value your friendship. I can only imagine the terror you have experienced during these past few days as your daughter lay near death, and your grief and sadness as you watch her suffer...and feel quite helpless...except that we have God...and what an Exception!

As I have read the posts and comments on this blog I have been struck anew at the value of God's Church, and how supremely blessed we are to be part of such a place. Our grief and sorrow becomes the grief and sorrow of our fellows around the world. Friends of yours, friends of Bethani's, friends of the Roans, and total strangers have come together in support of this beautiful young woman.

It's priceless, I tell you, and as you surely know.

Be strong, continue to lean on Jesus and on your friends.

Jerry and I love you deeply.

Bethani,
I check this site at 5am when I get up for work, check it again at 2 when I get off work and then again before I go to bed ....you are in my prayers all day long!! I know (from watching Danny) how many side effects surgery has - and I know you must feel like those 11 surgeons took a sledgehammer to your guts - just know that it does get better everyday....I promise. Love you lots! And yes I am praying for Brian too...its no fun to watch the one you love suffer! Stay strong - what's that dumb cliche "what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" - it does!

I know I haven't seen you in years...I believe it was when you came to our church to sing with a group from Stockton. =) But when I heard you were sick I immediately thought back to the days of Camp Meeting when I met you. Those were fun memories! You have been in my thoughts and prayers these past few days, and I will continue to do so.

It's been only 4 days and we are still in awe of the awesomeness of God and how great he is. The miracles continue and we are praying he will just finish what he has started. We are still fasting and praying for continued strength, healing and pain free days for our sweet Bethani. Financial miracles and blessing on Bethani and Brian, and lots of rest and strength for all the family and extended family involved. What a rollercoaster this has been, but God continues His faithfulness. Rest in him all of you. He is your peace. You're always in our hearts and prayers. We love you all so much,

We here in Exeter are still praying for Bethani also for Brian and Wyatt.
Of course, we are also praying for the entire family.
I do not know all the family members, but I do know Saprina (Tim Flowers wife) and had the pleasure of the Roam's ministering at the Exeter church for several weeks recently.
We here in Exeter fell in love with the Roams during that time.
Our continued prayers are with you all.

Dear Bethani and family,
I have continued in prayer for all of you and want to share some of that prayer.

I pray that the Lord will gird you with strength and make your way perfect, for He has given you the shield of salvation. May His right hand continue to hold you up in the days and weeks to come. (Psalm 18)

May He grant you peace, grace and patience to run this race so the He will receive glory for all that He is doing and has allowed to happen. When the "why" questions begin to come let them be silenced by the overwhelming realization that God works ALL things together for good. It may not seem good to any of us but His ways are so much higher than ours.

We have been faced with the "why did you allow this" question while watching our son suffer and nearly lose his life twice, then now having to deal with a lifetime of medication. I can only offer to you the same comfort I have felt from the Lord...and that is with this transplant and the miracles that have happened, you will touch people's lives that you would have never touched had this not happened. You have been counted worthy to suffer for the glory of God and to further His kingdom. May you be strengthen by His might continually.

My heart is with you every step of the way!

Love, Katherine Spacek
