Dear friends,

Yesterday Brian and I went back to San Francisco for our first check up since I got out of the hospital. We were not excited about going back but we knew it had to be done. Luckily we heard good news. The doctors said all of my numbers in my blood looked perfect and normal. He said that I looked great! Thank you Jesus!!!! We are still in Carson City spending time with my sister. They have been so wonderful to us. I thank God for such a dedicated and loving family. I've gained a little bit of weight, not much but its something. Its just going to take time. I've never really been one to gain weight anyway so it will be a challenge for me but I'm up for the task. My little Wyatt is doing wonderful. He just turned 9 months and is trying to crawl. My sweet Brian is a continued support to me and is doing well. I'm so thankful to have him.

Since you're all up and around now, you need to empty out your voice mail. I have literally hours of unsolicited, verbal oatmeal filler and unmitigated blather to put in there.

Oh, I'll bet all that stuff on there is important. never mind.

We are so glad to hear the great news! God is faithful and He takes care of His children. Love the Wyatt wild hair do! Those kitchen sink pictures are always halarious. We have one of Guy with the same wild hair thing going on, of course from a long time ago... we are not going to put him in the sink at 12 years old. HA HA! Love you all so very much!

Bethani and Brian,

I am so glad to hear that you had good news at the hospital! What an answer to prayer...

Wyatt is adorable! Brandon and I laughed when we saw the picture of him in the sink...we have several of those! What great memories! Wyatt and Jake never did get to play... :( When you come into town please let us know so we can get them together. They will be the hotties of the UPC in about 15 years, so they probably should get to know each other. :)

Lots of love,

Bethani & Brian,
Praise the Lord! I have something fresh for you both from the word of God. I like saying that something fresh, isn't that just like our Lord, giving us something fresh for each day. The Lord brought me back to this verse two times, and I can't get away from that strong push to give it to you. Life in the Spirit Bible. I like it because at the bottom of each page it has study notes that are written from a Pentecostal perspective.

Isaiah 64:4 - "For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen.
O God, besides thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him."

Here's what the study note has to say about that verse.

"God promises to do great things for theose who wait for him. He can intervene in the events of human history so as to cause people to perform His will. Believers must wait patiently and confidently for God's great interventions from heaven, even as they persevere in faith, hope, love and every good work that His grace makes possible."

Wow, that is so good!

My family is still praying or you everyday and we continue to praise God for healing you.
