February already?

Hello Everyone,

I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything and I'm sorry about that. My life has been very hectic as of lately. We are currently in Long Beach LA spending time with my in-laws. They are having so much fun with Wyatt. He is crawling and it is so cute! He is truley a joy in my life. So untainted by the trials of this life. My liver is doing great. It has been three months since my surgery and I feel almost completely back to normal. Thank you JESUS!!!

I would like to ask everyone to pray especially for my family and home church in Redding as of now. We are going through the fire and need God to strenghen us. I know the power of God, just look at the miracle He performed in me. I love all of you so much. Thank you for your prayer and support.

Good to hear from you Bethani. Please continue with the updates.

Glad to hear everything is on the up and up. Prayers will continue to come your way from the Redding Church. We are truely in revival up here, and God has been moving very strong in our spirits and hearts.

The Church body has never been so tight, together, and in one accord. The motto here in Redding is "Get ready for revival".

God is still on the throne and will always answer prayer.

Bethani,
Wonderful to hear from you, and that your health is progressing so nicely. Wow, Wyatt is already crawling? How time flies. He is so adorable, and I hope that you keep supplying us with pictures so we can enjoy his growth stages too.

We love you, Brian and Wyatt so very much, and will continue to pray for your whole family. The Hoppers

Bethani,

It is so good to hear from you!! I'm very thankful to God that you're recovering well. I remember where I was when I first heard about you going into the hospital needing a transplant. Josiah, me and some friends were eating dinner at Mimi's and we just stopped and prayed for you right then and there...we felt the presence of God so strong. Now here you are months later and God has answered the prayers of many people who have prayed for you. I'm reminded of that song "His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me". God is touched with the feelings of your infirmities. He is concerend about you and that has been proven in the miracle He has performed in your life. God is so good!

Josiah and I are praying for your family and the church in Redding. A song I recommend you listen to is "Through the Fire" by the Crabb family. You may already know what song it is, it's such an encouragement.

We love you and your family!

Despite that fact that I'm off my meds, I'm holding things down back here. I just figured out that turning my guitar up to "10" makes things seem to not be so bad.

Bethani,
What great news! God is so Faithful and we are so Greatful. When we are in the storm, we sometime lose track of that and start wondering, where is He. He has proven over and over again, that He will never leave nor forsake us.

You are all in our prayers.

Thanks for the update.

Oh, Bethani, it is so good to hear from you. We have been so worried. What a relief to know your health is progressing so nicely. Wyatt is so cute and I know he is brightening your days. Maybe you can take a short video of him and uploading it to your blog. Of course, we love the pics, too. Bethani, you have always been a ray of sunshine to everyone who meets you and the devil has tried to cloud the sun, but we know greater is He who is within you, than he that is in the world. We have not stopped praying for you and believe God will keep you in the shadow of His wings. Here's a **hug** with lots of love to you, Brian and Wyatt.

Bethani, Praise the Lord that you are doing well and I continue to pray for your recovery.
I do not know you, but I am a friend of Karissa's. My family and I have been praying for you since this trial has begun. I have been wanting to respond to your blog for some time now, but have been waiting for God to let me know when the right time was. Today is the day. The school that I teach at had a tragedy happen November 10th. A student that we loved dearly was in an auto accident and was killed, but thankfully the paramedic was able to keep him alive long enough, so the doctors could harvest his organs. I do not believe in coincidences, God knows what he is doing. When I was told of his death, it was relayed to me that his liver went to a 23/24 year old woman who was in a SF hospital and was just moved up to the top of the list.
Knowing/believing that you are the recipient of this wonderful young mans liver, allowed me to see His miracles through such heartache. He was a believer in Christ and is now with our Lord and Savior. I thank God everyday for you and the piece of him that lives on.
Our school and many people mourn the lose of such a young vibrant man, and tonight we are retiring his basketball jersey in celebration of his life. When I shared your story with his mother months ago at his funeral, she had joy in her eyes knowing her son was able to help several people.

Bethani, my family and I will continue to hold you up in prayer.

In Him,
Laurel Davis

Bethani, Brian,

Its wonderful to hear your doing well. Thanks for updating the blog, it does take time and time is valuable, especially with lit' cowboy'
Bethani I'm amazed at the strength God has given to you, and I want to encourage you to hold on through all of the very tough trials. God will never leave you nor forsake you.
Like so many people have said you don't and won't know the lives you've touch with your transplant but God isn't finished. The beautiful song you've sang "My Redeemer Lives" The very same God that spins things in orbit He runs to the weary, the worn and the weak. And the same gentle hands that hold me when I'm broken, They conquered death to bring me victory. I know your weary and weak but he didn't bring you this far to leave you. That is such an awesome song. Just want to say I love and appreciate you and will keep you in my prayer. As for the church in Redding those that are determined to make it will and those that want to toss pieces here and there, might have to say someday "woe is me" but they might also hear depart from me I never knew. And that will be a sad day.

ITs really good te get an update from you! I am so thankful that your liver is doing well. I have been praying for you and so has my family.
My husband Kelsey and I have been thru many ups and downs, not in our love for eachother but in life with the things that come our way, its a long story but God was always there and was always faithful. I saw that someone recamended a song on here, Thrugh the Fire, well we have been there three times and we have a wonderful little baby boy to show that God can take you thru any circumstance. My husband sings this song alot! And another one that he sings is by Timothy Spell, called where did the wind go, if you haven't heard it its really good and uplifting.
Love you, if you can or want to get in contact with me, my email is DonavansMumzie@yahoo.com

Bethani....well, well, with whom am I to share my Ensure with?!??? Hopefully now your on to Whoppers and Big Mac's....but I was hoping to sit down with you and enjoy a good cup of Ensure!! Oh well. I hope you are having a great time down in the sun. Missing out on the white things coming down and attacking the ground. Although, the sun is shining once more. Which reminds me of a message I heard once, and I think is fitting. The sun will come out again...and of course...my favorite scripture, I'm sure you have heard it before. "And it came - to pass....." So, in this time of your life, with all that is going on, with you, Brian, and family, it came to pass, and God will carry us all through!!! May God bless you!! Love ya'll!
